Marine Tanguy is the founder and CEO of MTArt Agency, the world's first talent agency for artists, launched in London in 2015 as a Certified B Corporation. With over 300 projects delivered across major global cities, brands, and institutions — including Apple TV, Le Louvre, and the World Cup — MTArt Agency has established itself as the art sector's leading talent agency. A published author with Penguin and three-time TEDx speaker, Marine is a passionate advocate for art's role in everyday life, with academic papers published with Warwick University and UCL on revaluing public art in cities. She has been recognised as Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, awarded UK Entrepreneur of the Year, and serves as special advisor to UN Women UK.

Vera Solomatina is Senior Vice President of People & Culture at inDrive, a global tech company in 48 countries. With 20+ years in HR leadership, she has scaled people functions across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, supporting rapid growth from hundreds to thousands of employees.

She advises CEOs and leadership teams on people strategy, organizational design, and culture transformation. Previously, she held senior HR roles at SAP and Luxoft, driving global HR strategy, diversity & inclusion, and HR tech innovation.
Vera Solomatina
Alanna Scott is the founder of Dara, a health optimisation platform that unifies fragmented health data into a single framework. Data from wearables, medical records, labs, and daily inputs is structured to reveal connections across sleep, activity, nutrition, and symptoms, with full user control over access and use.

With a background in biotech, energy, and deep tech, she has worked across strategy, operations, and product development in scaling environments. Before Dara, she served as CTO, leading platform development from architecture to deployment while contributing to early commercial growth.

Caroline Rush led the British Fashion Council and operated at the level where visibility, trust, and opportunity are shaped at scale. She transformed London Fashion Week into a globally recognised platform, building an ecosystem that connects talent, investors, brands, media, and technology.

Her work sits at the intersection of creativity, business, and innovation, with a focus on how industries evolve and how individuals gain visibility and access to opportunity.

Elina Vale is the founder and CEO of Essence, an AI app helping women align work and life with their hormonal cycle to improve well-being and performance.

Backed by Berkeley SkyDeck, Essence was named FemTech Product of the Year and serves both B2B and B2C clients across Europe and the US. Elina is also a TEDx speaker and former Global Program Director at Women in Tech.

Kim Palmer is the founder of Clementine, an emotional wellbeing platform created after her own experience with panic attacks, chronic stress, and burnout from balancing work and caregiving pressures.

She built Clementine to provide practical support for stress and emotional regulation through hypnotherapy, journalling, and reflective audio tools that fit into daily life. Alongside this, she is developing Smug Mints, investing in female-founded businesses, mentoring early-stage founders, and is the author of Not Everything Is Urgent, a book on productivity and cultural pressure.
